Now that Naughty Dog has released the latest trailer for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, gamers saw some new characters. The studio has now announced who will be playing these new characters.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End’s creative director, Neil Druckmann, tweeted out: “Follow newly revealed Uncharted 4 actors: @ChaseAustin1093 (young Sam) @Warren_Kole (Rafe) @Robin_A_Downes (???)”

Chase Austin will play the younger version of Sam. This means we will see Nathan Drake’s younger brother via flashbacks. The older Sam is voiced by none other than Troy Baker. Video gamers will have heard Baker’s voice before since he plays pretty much everyone in lots of AAA video games.

As for Chase Austin, he’s a young actor and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is the first video game he will be involved in. He hasn’t really done anything significant apart from having many bit-parts in numerous TV shows.

Warren Kole plays the role of Rafe who is a villain in the game. Kole is a more experienced actor than Austin as he has been a part of many things over his career. However, this will also be his first video game role.

The most experienced video game actor that was announced today is Robin Atkin Downes. He’s played numerous characters in past Uncharted video games but he’s been a part of lots of other titles too. It’s interesting to note that Druckmann kept his role in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End a secret.
